Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  • General Conditions
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.   • Communication
    Please note that all communication must be conducted through email. At High Crown Marketing Group, we are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely manner. Please note that we may not constantly communicate with you once you have submitted your order or during the design creation phase. However, please rest assured that your order is addressed. We have found that orders are completed more efficiently and effectively with minimal interruptions.
  • Services
    Description: High Crown provides marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to brand development, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and website design. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required materials to facilitate the execution of the services.
  • Payments and Deposits
    Payments are submitted and processed through PayPal ONLY! This is to ensure that your order is in queue, noted and done on time. All purchases under $500, must be paid in full. Any purchases over $500 require a non-refundable 50% deposit which is to be paid before your order is started. After your order is complete, you will need to submit the other half of the total to receive final items. Fees: Our services are provided at the rates and fees agreed upon between High Crown and the client. Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the corresponding agreement or invoice. Payment Method: Payment for services rendered must be made according to the agreed terms. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other mutually agreed payment arrangements. Late Payments: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services until the outstanding balance is settled. Late payments may also incur additional fees or interest charges as specified in the agreement. Policy Updates: High Crown Marketing Group reserves the right to modify or update this payment policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this payment policy.   • Turnaround Times and Client Expectations
    Artwork: Logos, Flyers, Business Cards, etc.: 10-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends, so the turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Rush fees are available for expedited service on these items, with a turnaround time of 3-5 business days. Branding Packages: Turnaround time: 14-21 business days. The provided timeline is applicable only if all required information is submitted, and no additional information is needed. Multiple revisions can cause delays longer than the normal turnaround time. Websites / Website Revamps: Turnaround time: 14-21 business days. Business days do not include weekends, so the turnaround time is approximately 3-5 weeks. The provided timeline is applicable only if the customer has submitted all the required and correct materials for their website. It is recommended for customers to submit information in a word document or one comprehensive email. Submitting multiple emails with different information may result in a request to consolidate the information into a single document or email. There are no rush fees for websites. Please note: Turnaround times may be extended in cases of high order volume, illness, natural disasters, etc. Customers will be notified if there are any delays during such circumstances.
  • Shipping and Delivery (Print + Design Projects)
    Our Print + Design Services include Shipping and Delivery. Once you approve the design of your product, we will prepare it for printing and shipment. This process consists of a thorough check for errors, which may take up to two days. If you place your order on the weekend, we will ship it on the next business day. All packages are shipped via FedEx, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Please ensure that your shipping information and address are correct, as High Crown Marketing is not responsible for any issues after your package has been shipped. If you encounter any delivery problems, we recommend contacting your local office and providing them with your tracking number to resolve the issue. Please remember that shipping and delivery dates are only estimated and may be delayed beyond our control.
  • Refund Policy
    At High Crown Marketing Group, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience to our clients. However, we also have certain policies in place regarding refunds. Please carefully review our refund policy outlined below: Non-Refundable Payment: All projects require a complete 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. No Refunds for Completed Work: We do not offer refunds for any work that has been completed, including proofs issued and/or labor that has begun. Once work has commenced, a refund cannot be provided. Promotional Sale Prices: No refunds will be given for any promotional sale prices. If a client cancels services for any reason, the payment made shall not be reimbursed and will be forfeited. Refunds for Defective Items: In the case of promotional items being shipped and delivered, no refund will be reimbursed unless the items are defective. If you receive defective items, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. Withdrawal from Project: We value positive working relationships with our clients. However, in the event that a client displays negligence, hostility, disrespect, or any other behavior that affects the working relationship, we reserve the right to withdraw from the project. If the project has already started, the payment made by the client becomes forfeited, and no refunds will be given. If the project has not yet started, all monies will be refunded, and the project will be closed. Please note that by engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept our refund policy as stated above.   • Intellectual Property
    Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the services provided by High Crown Marketing Group remain the property of High Crown Marketing Group or its licensors. License: Upon payment of the agreed fees, High Crown Marketing Group grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable copyright of transfer to use the deliverables solely for the client's internal business purposes. Unauthorized Use: The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the deliverables without the prior written consent of High Crown Marketing Group.
  • Confidentiality
    Non-Disclosure: High Crown Marketing Group and the client shall treat any confidential information disclosed during the course of the services as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. Exceptions: The obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes known to the receiving party independently without breaching these Terms.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Disclaimer: High Crown strives to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The client acknowledges that the use of our services is at their own risk. Indirect Damages: High Crown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Project Abandonment
    To ensure your project's timely completion, you must promptly provide all requested information. Any delay on your part will result in a change in the completion date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we expect your clear and ongoing communication. If you need more time to gather information, please let us know immediately, and we can discuss check-ins. However, it is essential to note that a lack of communication for 30 days will result in a $75 restart fee. If there is no communication for 60 days, your project will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. We value your time, and we expect you to respect ours. Ghosting or revisiting a project several months later without prior notification severely impacts our schedule and is unfair to other customers. We stand firmly by this policy and will adhere to it without exception.az
